Stirling offers Private One on One and One on Two Sessions.
When choosing Private Sessions you will receive a fitness assessment, and a fitness plan, and it is personalized to your body, needs and goals. Your plan is frequently evolved, as you do, to maximize results and impact. Your progress is tracked so at the end of each month we can see your progress. There is no better motivation than seeing your transformation unfold! And of course, my knowledge and advice comes for free, so if you have any questions in your sessions, ask away!

For those who are serious and ready to commit to making a change to their body and health then Personal Training options are your best bet. The more you commit the more you save.
