THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT

Sweat Garage HIIT workouts combine free weight training, functional movements and cardio. We alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with short recovery periods to keep your heart-rate elevated throughout the workout, the higher your heart rate the more likely you are to burn fat during and up to 16 hours after your workout. This is due to the effect intense workouts has on your body’s repair cycle, kicking it into hyper drive and causing your body to absorb oxygen at a high rate resulting in stored fat being torched during and long after you are finished exercising. Yes thats right you keep burning fat after you workout!
